Seng specialises in research methods and has taught extensively on a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses as well as at doctoral levels on both PhD and DBA programmes. His expertise extends to both quantitative and qualitative methodologies and the usage of respective analysis software packages. Seng has also worked with a range of leading research universities, private organizations and government funding bodies in the design of data collection methodologies and subsequent analysis. He has co-authored a number of journal papers and impact reports that are recognized both nationally and internationally. Seng's research interests include examining the effects of managerialism / commercialization of higher education management and within the field of entrepreneurship.
Seng co-lectures Research Methods with Daniel and supervises dissertations on the MSc in Banking Practice and Management.
