“I recently completed CeSRE as I had returned to a regulated supervisory role after several years and wanted to refresh my knowledge and bring it up-to-date. I found the content of the qualification excellent in fulfilling these requirements. In addition, it included sections on the principles of management, developing a team and managing performance. Although I have had many years experience in all these areas, I found the material and examples used were very well chosen and they would make an excellent reference point for anyone regardless of experience.” John Honick - Compliance Manager, Prosser Knowles Associates Ltd

After being out of a regulated role for a number of years, I decided to study CeSRE to gain an understanding of the supervision requirements post RDR/MMR. The course content is broken down into manageable chunks which made revising in between the day job much easier. I would say the qualification would suit both new supervisors as well as those already in roles as I found the management and leadership theories extremely helpful. I chose to study CeSRE as it was promoted to me by my employer as a means to enable me to further develop and enhance my skills as a Supervisor and to broaden my knowledge and awareness of the bigger picture and background to developing a team in a regulated environment. I found the course material excellent; it was broken down into straightforward chapters and made study and revision really manageable in weekly chunks. It was hard work, but very rewarding to achieve the qualification.
