Lecturer

Gillian is the director of Reboot Ltd., a training and development company. Its tenets are Career, Performance and Results and Gill’s work focuses on individuals and teams improving their career prospects, job performance and achieving improved results. She has worked with SMEs and larger organisations to deliver tailored products in niche areas such as conflict resolution and managing remote teams.

Gill also works in academia and lectures MBA students and supervises dissertations at Coventry University, London Campus. She is the principal examiner for the Entrepreneurship & Innovation module for NCC Education and is the Module leader for The London Institute of Banking & Finance for 5OMF. She has developed Employability qualifications for Ofqual awarding organisations and has published 3 study guides for international students – Working in Business, Entrepreneurship and Businesses Performance & Innovation.

This has supported her work as Chief Examiner in the Business Management modules for ABE – an awarding organisation. She has supported a start-up in India and held international webinars with entrepreneurs from Rwanda, South Africa and Malaysia. Gill works with many teams using her skills as a trainer, coach and NLP practitioner together with her accreditation to deliver the Persona psychometric profiling. She supports rural business in her role as Vice Chair of the Rural Community Council of Essex and judged & presented awards at the Rural Business Awards 2019.
