Visiting Professor

Marco provides legal and regulatory advice to top financial institutions, related to mergers and acquisitions (M&As), initial public offerings (IPOs), investments and establishment of undertakings for the collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS) and non-UCITS funds across Europe. He heads the Italian FS Regulatory and Fintech department. Marco is an Honorary Senior Visiting Fellow at Cass Business School where he teaches financial services law (MSc Banking). He is an ESG expert and trusted adviser for European asset managers.
