Jim is a director of UK Business Mentoring Group, and here he supports business owners and leaders with their development and challenges, along with business growth. He specialises in executive and leadership development, business culture and growth, strategy, customer service, and process improvement.

He also supports Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce and local councils across Kent to provide business support.

He has over 40 years of experience in corporate organisations. He started honing his business skills at a young age, helping to run the family baking business before setting up his own enterprise  .
