Kasia Chodurek

Kasia is a Vice President in BlackRock’s UK institutional client business, where she manages relationships with about 150 UK pension schemes representing a total of £11bn assets under management (AuM). In her role, Kasia supports pension schemes – of all sizes and at all stages of their funding journeys –with their investment objectives.

She’s also responsible for leading the Sustainable Investing team in the UK institutional client business. This involves curating insights on sustainable equity and private markets, including impact investing, sustainable fixed income and investment stewardship.

Kasia is passionate about finding creative solutions to tackle climate change. She is a member of BlackRock’s Green Team Network’s Biodiversity Working Group and has participated as a mentor in several mentoring programmes for young people, including ‘The Girls Network’ and IntoUniversity.

 

Kasia wants to create a stronger connective tissue between company decision-makers and the stakeholders they serve.
