Martin is one of our Visiting Scholars.
He has 18 years’ board level experience, as an executive, non-executive, advisor and regulator. He brings UK and European operational experience, ranging from start-ups to major corporates, with worldwide advisory and regulatory insights.
Martin is able to work from the macro to the micro, helping chairmen, CEO’s and government ministers to identify emerging risks and opportunities and then building teams to turn strategy into action.
His P&L and leadership responsibilities stretch across multiple jurisdictions and highly diverse teams, with a leadership style based upon creating high performing teams, with values of honesty, trust, integrity and feedback at their core.
