Hanif is founder of board governance consultancy, Board Alchemy. He brings extensive experience of governance, risk and assurance to LIBF. In addition, he has an excellent understanding of board culture and dynamics, board information and board processes. He has worked with clients across a wide range of sectors, including higher education.
Hanif is a member of the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee for the Department of Business and Trade, and a director of several boards. He is also a co-founder of the Risk Coalition, a network of not-for-profit professional bodies and membership organisations committed to raising the standards of risk governance. He is an Honorary Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School, a Chartered Accountant and MBA.
