Banking and finance is rapidly evolving. This apprenticeship programme will help your business – and your workforce – to keep up to date with developments and rise to new challenges.


Drawing on our distinct approach of blending academic thought with industry experience, our Faculty delivers course content that relates to current changes in the sector. We will deliver this programme through a mix of:

  • face-to-face workshops

  • webinars, and

  • online learning.

You can launch this programme in January or October.


How to fund it?

  • Subject to eligibility, you can use your apprenticeship levy of up to £18,000 for each apprentice

Support

  • Regular one-to-ones with personal tutors to coach your apprentices.

  • Three-way meetings: personal tutors, apprentices and line managers.

  • Weekly monitoring and reporting on apprentices’ progress.

  • Assessment feedback for individual apprentices.

  • Overview of the cohort’s success for managers.

How this apprenticeship programme works

We run open multi-employer programmes, and closed single-employer programmes. Please contact us by emailing apprenticeships@libf.ac.uk to find out more about our minimum cohort size requirements.


You can choose from two routes, both of which lead to chartered status:

  • the degree programme, generally suited to entry-level staff, leads to a BSc (Hons) Financial Services Management

  • the accelerated route, ideal for upskilling more experienced staff to develop them into future leaders

Degree route (42 months)

  • Choose two modules from Stage 1 (Level 4)

  • Choose two modules from Stage 2 (Level 5)

  • Choose four modules from Stage 3 (Level 6)


Accelerated route (24 months)

  • Choose four modules – including at least two from Stage 3 (Level 6)
