Building Educational Opportunity Across the Globe 

We offer a range of partnerships, designed to not only reflect the diversity of organisations we work with, but also the breadth of qualifications and learning programmes we provide.   

Our arrangements are carefully tailored to meet the aims and needs of our partners and learners.  Supporting both domestic and international organisations, we work with universities, colleges and schools, charities and community groups, banking institutes, awarding bodies, professional institutes/societies, training providers and a wide variety of corporate clients, employers and individuals.

Definitions of our key arrangements

Accredited CPD Programme: a professional development programme (including for investment advisers, mortgage advisers and trade finance specialists). 

Accredited Learning Support Provider: a third party/external provider that delivers learning support to participants studying for our Professional Education qualifications. 

Accredited Trainer: an individual appointed by us to deliver training on our behalf.

Accredited Programme: a programme recognised by us as meeting appropriate academic and quality standards in terms of the effectiveness of its content, delivery, assessment and programme management. 

Accredited Learning Partner: an organisation that develops and/or delivers learning for our non-regulatory qualifications and training on our behalf or jointly with us. 

Approved Centre: a provider that delivers learning and/or assessments for qualifications in the Regulated Qualifications Framework, e.g.  our financial capability, regulatory and trade finance qualifications.  

Recognised Programme: A status for newly-launched learning programmes in the LIBF MENA region.  

Trusted Partner: based on a long-standing relationship, a partner that has a long track record in delivering high quality learning programmes that support our qualifications, training courses and other collaborative activities.

Some recent examples of our work in these areas:

  • International joint development, delivery and awarding of qualifications, learning programmes and training courses 

  • Working with learning delivery partners and/or assessment centres 

  • Partnerships with UK apprenticeship providers and employers 

  • Accreditation of training courses, learning programmes, CPD programmes and other awarding bodies’ qualifications

  • Trusted Partner agreements 

  • Programme validations and recognition 

  • Advanced standing agreements.
