Become a mentor or offer work experience

Get involved and support the next generation by becoming a mentor or offering work experience. As well as supporting our alumni to continue their own learning and development, we offer opportunities for alumni members to share their expertise and support the next generation of banking professionals.

Mentoring

Sharing your experience and advising can be rewarding. Becoming a mentor to one of our full-time students is a rewarding way to share your professional experience and give back to our student community. Mentors give valuable insights into what it’s like to work in the banking and finance industry, and help current students navigate career choices and opportunities.

If you’re interested in becoming a mentor please email mentoring@libf.ac.uk.

Offer work experience

Work placements or internships give students an excellent start to their careers and boost their employability. We encourage our alumni to provide work experience opportunities for our current students.

If you can offer a work placement opportunity Nadim Choudhury, Head of Careers & Employability, would be delighted to hear from you. You can phone Nadim on +44 (0)20 7444 7106 or email nchouhdury@libf.ac.uk.
