Also known as an open badge, a digital badge is a web-enabled version of a credential, certification or designation which can be verified online in real time.


You will find a showcase  of all the badges we currently offer on the platform we maintain with Credly.

We have partnered with Credly, a leader in digital credentials, to use their Credly platform to translate your achievements into a digital badge. The technology Credly its platform is based on the Open Badge Standards maintained by IMS Global. This enables you to manage, share and verify your competencies digitally.


A digital badge gives you a way to share your achievements online in a way that is simple, trusted and can easily be verified in real time.  Badges provide employers, clients and peers concrete evidence of what you had to do to earn your credential and what you’re having to do to retain it. 


You will receive an email notification from the Credly (admin@youracclaim.com) with instructions for claiming your badge and setting up your account.

 


You can easily configure your privacy settings in the Credly platform.  You’re in complete control of the information about yourself that is made public.

No, this badge is made available without additional charge. It is included in your registration or subscription fee.


While the badges are simply digital image files, they are uniquely linked to data hosted on Credly’s platform.  This link to verified data makes them more reliable and secure than a paper-based version or photographic image. It also eliminates the chance of anyone claiming your credentials and your associated identity.

Yes, you can download your badge from the Share Badge page.  Your badge contains embedded metadata which is compliant with Open Badge Infrastructure (OBI).
