The purpose of the Complaints Policy for Statements of Professional Standing (SPS), Certificates of Professional Achievement (CPA), Chartered Status and CeMAP Professional is to provide details of the process The London Institute of Banking & Finance employs in relation to holders of an SPS / CPA, Chartered Status or CeMAP Professional who make a complaint to us.

We will use the personal information you have provided to process your Statement of Professional Standing (SPS)Certificate of Professional Achievement (CPA) application and any membership application you make with us.


We may share some of your details with other organisations such as your employer(s), adviser networks and the regulator in order to; verify your qualification or SPS, audit your CPD and meet our commitments to the FCA as an Accredited Body.


You can access information we hold about you, and update that information if necessary, by logging into the secure website MyLIBF.
