IMG-20170719-WA0006On the 19th July 2017, the BAFT Global Payments Symposium in New York saw the launch of The London Institute of Banking & Finance's Certificate in Principles of Payment (CertPAY) qualification in America, supported by the Bankers Association for Finance and Trade (BAFT).

The qualification provides professionals working in the global payment industry with an opportunity to attain an internationally recognised qualification and  develop specialist knowledge and skills relating to products, purpose, structure and the inherent risks associated with payments.

Michael Aragona, principal author of CertPAY who introduced the qualification at the event said:

'There is significant interest in the market for a qualification dedicated to payments, and CertPAY clearly fills an industry need.  It was a pleasure introducing CertPAY to BAFT's members at the Global Payments Symposium in New York.'
