SM&CR arrived for all firms in December 2019 and, as a consequence, has impacted staff and organisations across the industry. For senior managers, and the SM&CR project teams, this will have happened with some intensity and for individuals that will become certified and those that will have conduct rules applied to them, they will feel the changes during 2020, as firms implement the wider requirements.
