The London Institute of Banking & Finance (LIBF) and LendIt Fintech have announced the launch of a new Certified Fintech Practitioner programme.
The course is designed for forward-thinking early to mid-career professionals who are looking to expand and formalise their understanding of fintech business models and the environment in which they operate by gaining recognised credentials.
This programme is likely to appeal to those who are already working, or aspiring to work, in a fintech or within a digital team of an incumbent financial services organisation.
Delivered online over six weeks, this interactive course - created by those who have been at the coal face of digital innovation and developments - will provide learners with expert knowledge of the evolution and impact of fintech. It will develop their ability to understand and to critically analyse the factors behind the success, and failure, of fintech ventures, models and initiatives.
Chris Ray, COO and Co-founder of the Centre for Digital Banking said: “We’re very excited to be launching this programme at a time when the need for professionals to build and evidence their understanding of fintech developments has never been greater.
“In LendIt Fintech we have found the perfect partner who can complement the expertise of our course team and our experience in delivering high
quality learning with the very latest insights from the companies and individuals at the forefront of the fintech revolution.”
The programme will be officially launched at LendIt Fintech USA which is taking place from 30 September to 1 October. LendIt are kindly offering LIBF members, students and those interested in the new programme a 15% discount on the event registration fee with the code ‘LIBF15%’.
