LIBF professional qualifications, training and career development

We hosted a free webinar for our members, students and affiliated partners from the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey to provide an update on our qualifications and training programmes. We also covered how we can support career development.

Rob Thompson, Head of Banking Services at LIBF and colleagues from the IoM LIBF committee discussed the challenges and opportunities the industry is facing and some exciting new programmes such as the Certificate in Retail and Digital Banking (CertRDB) and the new Professional Experiential Route (PER) to chartered status.
