From 10.00am: Arrival and registration
We advise you to arrive in good time to register, collect your gown (if required) and be photographed.
Please contact the Events team on +44 (0)207 337 6286 as soon as possible to advise if you are running late on the day, or unable to attend.
After registration, our staff will direct you to the Crypts where you will be able to collect your gown and have your picture taken in the photography studios. Your guests will be directed to the Old Library and offered refreshments.
11.15am: Seating
You will be asked to take your seat in the Great Hall. Your seat number will correspond to your place in the programme.
Guest seating is unallocated and operates on a first-come-first-served basis. There will be seats for everyone who has a ticket, although children under five may be required to sit on laps.
Everyone must be seated by 11.45am.
12.00pm: Graduation ceremony
The procession will enter the Great Hall with a fanfare of trumpeters. Speeches will be followed by the presentation of graduate scrolls and prizes.
1.30pm: Afternoon tea
You will be invited to celebrate your success in the Old Library. There will be live music and afternoon tea will be served.
You will also have the chance to visit the photography studios if you didn’t in the morning.
