Your graduation day

Find out all you need to attend the 2018 Graduation and Presentation Ceremony at Guildhall, London. Click on the links below to view information about the programme, venue and local area.

10.15am          Arrival 

Register, collect your gown and cap and visit the photography studios

Enjoy refreshments in the Old Library.        
11.15am Students to be seated in the Great Hall

Students and guests will be called upon to be seated in the Great Hall. All to be seated by 11.45am. 
Ceremony begins 

Trumpeters fanfare begins as the procession enters. Welcome speeches are followed by presentation of graduate scrolls and prizes, and student representative address.
1.30pm Afternoon tea

Celebrate at the congratulatory sparkling drinks reception in the Old Library. Enjoy afternoon tea with cake and sandwich selections with entertainment provided by talented musicians.

Visit the photography studio if you didn’t in the morning. Take photographs with your family and friends and return your gown before 3pm.
 3pm Gowns to be returned and day concludes 


The Graduation and Presentation Ceremony will take place at the Guildhall, situated in the heart of the City of London.
