< return to all events

Speaker(s):
Chryssi Chorafa, Wendy Chowne, Helene Panzarino and Rob Thompson

Digitalisation has been challenging banks and financial institutions for more than two decades now.

Today's banks are obliged to embrace digital technologies and fully leverage these changes to facilitate the demands of customers and proactively roll new products.

But how are banks embracing this new technology?

Join our expert panellist who will be discussing:

  • what's changed in the banking sector
  • digital transformation: new players, new technology
  • how banks have adapted their business models
  • views of the banking market for the next three to six months with what's happening in the world i.e. COVID-19
  • what changes and innovations are predicted over the coming months to help staff and customers
  • how are staff adapting to digitalisation
  • how important education and CPD are for those working in banks.

Who should attend?
  • Frontline customer adviser staff
  • New staff to retail banking either as junior, graduate, or higher apprenticeship entrants
  • Staff who lead teams or are moving into a management role
  • Experienced retail banking staff looking to gain a better understanding of digital transformation to enable them to be more effective in their role
