Gender inequality is still evident across all industry sectors in the UK, the banking & finance sector isn't immune. While there have been significant advances made it still appears to be a long journey until we see parity.
We are delighted to host this webinar with Nationwide Building Society to discuss the topic in more detail and share authentic stories from academics and leaders within our industry. Nadim Choudhury, our Head of Careers & Employability, will be hosting this webinar with a panel of experts.
They will focus on the following topics:
- the importance of gender equality, linking to the fifth UN Sustainable Development Goal (SDG)
- where we are now generally, and in the financial services industry
- personal career stories from our guest speakers
- barriers and solutions to change
- advice on achieving promotion
- Nationwide's position on the gender pay gap, current and future.
