The Covid-19 pandemic has seen significant changes in the way advisers advise and work with clients, this together with the acceleration of the use of technology has seen the use of hybrid advice models increase.
In a more cost-conscious environment where customer preferences and expectations have changed, a hybrid approach - bringing together the best of human and digital capabilities - is needed.
As more organisations start to capture the benefits of hybrid advice models will it become the future of providing advice to clients? What will be the benefits, opportunities and challenges that will need to be considered?
Our upcoming webinar will explore what Royal London are undertaking to help advisers adopt hybrid advice models followed by the panel answering some key questions on how and why hybrid advice is likely to become the predominant advice model in the UK in the future.
