Kari boasts an impressive and varied background, with over eight years of experience in Higher Education management and student enrolment. She has demonstrated exceptional skills in navigating markets across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

As a strong advocate of the power of continuous learning, Kari pursued a part-time Master's programme in Business Analytics, further enhancing her ability to drive educational growth. Her commitment to the education sector and passion for empowering students have a driving force in the work she does supporting aspiring finance professionals.

Nadim is a fully qualified and accredited career coach and academic. He has over 20 years' experience in the UK higher education sector and has trained in person-centred, psychodynamic, and solutions-focused coaching techniques.

With his experience coaching 1000-plus undergraduates, postgraduates, professionals and executives at some of the world's leading business schools, Nadim can help individuals develop their careers, find meaning in their professional identity and achieve success.

In his current role as Director of Careers and Employability and Lecturer at The London Institute of Banking & Finance, Nadim is leading the development of the careers department and enhancing student development. He is also a lecturer on BSc Banking & Finance degrees.

In addition to his roles at LIBF, Nadim is also an external examiner for the University of Dundee, where he contributes his analytical skills to the institution.
