We provide bespoke education programmes to senior executive teams that help them to consider how digital technology might impact their strategy, business models, products, operations and working practices. The programmes draw on the expertise of our diverse faculty who have extensive experience of creating, leading and developing digital financial services businesses.
Our programmes can be delivered over a range of timescales, from a few hours to a few months, and in a variety of formats to accommodate the needs of the organisation and the course participants.
What the training covers
We design and deliver short courses and training programmes to functional heads and specialist teams in a wide range of subjects. These programmes are designed to deliver practical and impactful learning that can be applied by attendees immediately.
We can deliver those programmes face to face, virtually – or through a combination of the two – and we use case studies, interactive exercises and group work to bring the learning to life.
Our faculty have extensive experience of working with incumbents, challengers and startups on their digital strategy, on developing fintech ventures and on product and proposition development. We draw on this expertise to provide tailored advisory services to organisations across the financial services ecosystem.
