Here she built relationships with many customers in the banking and finance sector, and was responsible for prestigious customers, such as Buckingham Palace and Downing Street.

Carly moved into the education sector with a role in welfare. Here she discovered a passion for supporting young adults with advice and guidance to enable them to transition successfully to the adult world.

This led her to study for an MA in Careers Education and Coaching, where she developed a love for employability education on both a group and one-to-one basis.
