Meet The Team

Nadim Choudhury, Head of Careers & Employability & Lecturer

Nadim is a fully accredited and qualified Career Coach and Academic with over 18 years' experience in the UK Higher Education sector.

He has trained in person-centred, psychodynamic and solutions-focused coaching techniques and hold a MSc in Career Management and Coaching from Birkbeck College, University of London.

With the experience of coaching 1000+ undergraduates, postgraduates, professionals & executives at some of the world’s leading business schools including The London Business School, Hult Business School, Grenoble Graduate School of Business & Global University Systems, Nadim can help individuals develop their career, find meaning in their professional identity and achieve career success.

Sector expertise includes Financial Services, Consulting, Marketing and International Business.

Megan Headshot
Megan Greenham, Careers & Employability Advisor

Megan is a fully qualified Careers Adviser with over 3 years' experience in Education. Having worked within Secondary Schools, Sixth Forms & Local Authority, Megan holds experience of working with young people aged 16-25.

She graduated from the University of Greenwich with a degree in Criminology in 2018 before completing her Level 6 in Careers Advice & Guidance with Thurrock Council.

Since then, Megan has previously worked for the Harris Federation as a Careers Advisor within their Essex schools before joining LIBF to become a Careers & Employability Adviser.
