“CertRM provides a practical overview of the skills and tools needed to be a successful relationship manager and aims to enhance business planning and portfolio management techniques." - Kevin Pope, Lead Reviewer
“The relationship banker used to be a mix of salesperson and inquisitor needing to sell and discover key information.  Today, the RM is a much more complex mixture of empathy, data interpreter, bespoke tailor and more complex financial knowledge.  The challenges and opportunities are greater for helping customers and having a more satisfying career.”- Pete D Hahn, Dean, Henry Grunfeld Professor of Banking
