In 2024, students can attend one of the following:

Why do it?

Summer taster programme will give you an insight into the world of banking and finance. It will also introduce the various career paths available to you within financial services, and can help you think about whether a career in these areas is right for you.

Over three days, you will take part in a variety of workshops, talks and lectures led by experts that already work in the industry. There will also be a number of social activities to introduce you to our staff and students, and to give you a taste of student life with us in the heart of the City.

Who is it for?

We encourage you to apply for the summer taster programme if you:

  • Are a Year 11 or Year 12 student as of September 2023
  • Have five 9 to 4 grades at GCSE (or equivalent), including English and Maths
  • Have a broad interest in finance, economics or business
