Before your studies begin
Personal touch:
Expect a call from us between the completion of your application and the start date of your course. This is our way of welcoming you into the LIBF family and addressing any initial queries you may have.Mandatory onboarding event:
Participate in an essential onboarding event tailored to introduce you to the LIBF ecosystem, helping you navigate your upcoming journey with confidence.
After your course starts
Regular check-ins:
Once you start your course, your onboarding really kicks off. You'll receive a 30-minute Teams call during your first week, followed by additional check-ins after 3 to 4 weeks and then 6 to 12 weeks. During these calls, you can discuss any questions with your onboarding specialistContinuous support:
Following these initial check-ins, if you still need support, you'll be introduced to our dedicated study coaches, offering you ongoing support tailored to your individual needs.

Your personal tutor: excel academically
While studying, your personal tutor will be on hand to:
offer personalised academic support and live consultation hours.
answer your questions within 48 hours.
supervise your bachelor's or master's thesis and provide an examination guide.
What's more, our teaching staff will also be able to help you with questions about the content of your courses. You can contact them via email and MS Teams or ask questions during interactive live lectures.

All of these are common questions our students ask. Your Study Coaches are here to provide you with strategies you can use to manage your studies within your everyday life.
