Your module lecturers: excel academically
While studying with us, you'll have access to academic support from your module lecturers. Whether you need help with coursework, have questions about the material, or would like some guidance, you can reach out to your lecturer on the module’s Course Feed forum.
The Course Feed is a shared platform where you can post questions and benefit from the collective knowledge of your lecturer and fellow students. By using the Course Feed, everyone in your module can learn from shared discussions and insights.
If you have a question that’s more personal or requires individual attention, you can reach out to your lecturer directly on MS Teams. This balance ensures you get the guidance you need, while also contributing to a collaborative learning environment.
Your Students Office: handle your study admin
Our Students Office is here to help with all the essential admin questions that might come up after your start your studies. Whether you need to request a certificate of enrolment, update your contact details, or adjust the time model of your studies, the Students Office is your go-to resource.
For questions about finance, assessments, and other specific areas, the Students Office will connect you with the right department. They’re available Monday to Friday and, once you're enrolled, you'll find their contact details in the FAQs section of MyCampus.
