Selection process

The CFP programme team will review each application and award the scholarships to those applicants who are best able to articulate how joining the programme will support their personal development and their ability to support the development of others.

The team will also consider the type of organisation where applicants are employed and the nature of their role - in order to select candidates who are likely to gain the most benefit from the programme and/or contribute to the learning experience of other students.  Please note that the decision of the programme team is final and due to the likely high volume of applications we are unable to give individual feedback on applications.
